Wow, I actually did a multi-person layout for once. Took much longer than it should have.
Just the average day. Grantaire is drunk, Enjolras is pissed off, Combeferre is puzzled. I try coming up with some snappy dialogue for this, but really, I can't do any better than the picture already says in fewer words.
And my Combeferre got a haircut, hooray! I know it's a little sad, since I got so accustomed to his ponytail, but I finally got off my ass and stopped making excuses for my anachronisms.
Which meant the first thing to be done was to give Combeferre nice 1830s hair, instead of the nice 1780s hair he's always had in my pictures. 
I haven't yet got up the balls to do the same for Courfeyrac, so I dunno when I'll be able to draw him. >__>;;

your 'ferre is so cute I always imagined him with as "the mad-scientist type" (a little messy hair and very thick glasses). Those glasses must have been uncomfortable at the barricades especially when in my headcanon he is practically "blind" without them.
